We caught up with Vice President of Marketing for Product Club Mary Albanese and President Eric Polesuk at the most recent Redken Artist Connection (RAC2012). The 880 colorists in attendance were scooping up several of Product Club's time saving haircoloring assistant tools. We handed our microphone over to Mary to find out which were the hottest items at the event.

Report AbuseI have a very difficult client who has jumped from hairdresser to hairdresser who is a level 6 snd insist on being a very platinum blonde.I use 20 volumn with powdered bleach which ive used for over a year only on her outgrowth now insisting her hair breakage can only be from me overlapping which i don't she is 40 years old and has had two surgeries in the past 60 days plus some plastic surgery. This also could contribute to the breakage correct?
i am desperate and want to cover all my basis before I speak to her again.
