When Dancing With the Stars’ alumni Stacy Keibler knew she was going to make an appearance on E! Entertainment, she wanted to brighten up her blonde a bit. So she turned to celebrity stylist Marco Pelusi, of Marco Pelusi Hair Studio in West Hollywood, to go lighter and brigher.
“Summer is ending in most parts of the country,” says Pelusi, “but it never ends here in L.A. So with lots of events and appearances on her upcoming schedule, Stacy asked me to really amplify her summery blonde color.”
Pelusi used his favorite lightening products from the Joico Vero K-PAK color portfolio.
“When we’re finished, it still feels like hair—soft, healthy and manageable,” Pelusi says. And that marries perfectly with my personal philosophy about maintaining the quality and integrity of my clients’ hair no matter what.”
For Keibler’s recent blonding session, Pelusi mixed three formulas:
- Joico VeroBlue De-Dusted On/Off Scalp Lightener with 30-volume developer
- VeroColor 9N + 40-volume developer
- VeroColor High-Lift Natural Blonde + 40-volume developer.
