Stevo Pavlovic is the owner of the Stevo Salons in Slovenia (stevo.si), a country small in size but big in the worlds of fashion and design. For his latest collection, "Hair Couture," Pavlovic builds updos with the care and precision of a fashion designer. Each style, looking more like fabric than hair, is big, bold and definitely one of a kind.
