Whether it’s just a trim or an actual haircut, owning the proper clipper will allow you to freshen the look of your male clients. MODERN investigated the hottest clippers in the beauty industry from Centrix, CHI, Oster Professional, Andis and Wahl. Take a look:

Special features: This rechargeable cordless clipper cuts through any thickness of hair. The on/off power band is ergonomically designed for either right- or left-handed stylists. The two non-slip rubber finger grips keep the clipper secured in the hand. Two stainless-steel clipper and trimmer blades allow for precision hair cuts or trimming of napes, mustaches or beards. Name of clipper: Sterling Eclipse
Launch date: July 2010
Special features: It’s a 3/4-sized clipper with full-size power. The Eclipse has been a Wahl top seller for years, but the new Lithium-Ion technology makes it different.
How it’s different from other clippers? The Lithium Ion technology offers consistent power and no battery memory. It extends the time between charges and offers Quick Charge capabilities, to bring the units back to full power faster.
