“Do you ever feel burnt out like you’re just going through the motions? It’s very easy to become complacent and mediocre. Don’t just be…be legendary, be beautiful, be honorable, be inspirational and be unstoppable!” says President John Harms of Harms Software, Inc.

In their 2010 campaign Millennium SpaSalon software felt those five words best-described clients Joel Warren, Edward Tricomi, Ted Gibson, John Paul DeJoria, Robert Cromeans and Carmen DePasquale.

The idea behind Millennium’s concept is to inspire beauty professionals everywhere to be their best. Whether you’ve just graduated or been behind the chair for as long as you can remember, Millennium wants you to remember how you got there. The campaign is aimed at motivating beauty professionals to be the Ted Gibson or Robert Cromeans of their salons.

As the campaign rolls out, the honorees will be featured individually. Each icon will speak to a “be” word that describes them and gives readers insight on their philosophy and inspiration.

When the ads are introduced in May, Millennium will launch, www.harms-software.com/be. This website will give you additional information about each icon, and other “be” stories from stylists all across America.

So, do you want to submit your “be” story? Do you want send a message to other stylists about what keeps you motivated every day and how you’re inspiring others in your salon or community? To submit your story on the website, please e-mail: marketing@harms-software.com.
