Young Talent is open to hairdressers age 30 or younger and honors the best in class interpretation of a Trend Vision '09 trend that delivers an overall look.

The color category is open to all stylists and recognizes exceptional color work interpreting a Trend Vision '09 trend.

Stylists competing in both categories create a finished look-cut, color, style, make-up and wardrobe-that reflected their personal interpretation of one of the four Wella Global Trends-Utopia, Intersexion, Virtual Life and DeLush.

Young Talent finalists: Justine Hornick, Root Salon, St. Paul, Minnesota; Sarah Roberts, Salon Gaboa, Clearwater, Florida; Katie Schemeber, Harvey Allen Salon, Merrick, New York

Color finalists: Leonard Golonka, Dieci Salon, Livingston, New York; Kelly Mathys, Spalon Montage, Woodbury, Minnesota; Aundrea Witzig, Atomic Kitten Salon, Bakersfield, California.

All finalists will compete in New York, in mid-October, for a chance to become the USA Trend Vision winner in their categories. The winning finalists will then represent the US at the International Trend Vision competition in Berlin, Germany, in November. For more information, visit wella.com.
