Scruples has introduced its Shattered Elegance Collection, inspired by high fashion. With razor sharp cuts, high shine hair and intense texture, the collection features classic looks paired with shattered movement in the photography. Each razor sharp look is paired with a little black dress, bold red lips and nails. The collection uses products from Scruples newly reimagined Pearl Classic Collection.
