Emiliano Vitale was inspired by the interplay of lines and color in his latest collection, Neo Linear.
”Colour and shape work in unison to characterize the real strength found in the haircuts,” says Vitale who created clean, precise lines that work with the shape of the model’s head—something important to remember when consulting with the client in the chair.
The curves and lines of the cut accentuate individual bone structure and these lines are, in turn, enhanced by the placement of color.
Vitale was also inspired by the architecture of masters Frank Lloyd Wright and Harry Seidler whose designs reflected their natural surroundings.
Similarly, Vitale’s Neo Linear collection is based on what is already there--the human face—which inspires his creations.
