MODERN Facebook fan Jennifer MacDougall posted this image on MODERN's Facebook wall and the love was overwhelming from our 100,000+ fans. We KNEW we had to track down the how to!

As an international stylist with L’Oreal Professionnel, MacDougall has also worked on Project Runway, Fashion Police, Joan Knows Best, The Real Housewives of New York and Miami and Ice Loves Coco. Here, she recreates actress Julianne Hough's ultra-glam style from the Golden Globes 2013.

PRODUCTS: Mouse Voulpte, Mythic Oil Milk, Lumi Control and Infinium 2 and 4 were used by L’Oreal Professionnel

Step 1: Mouse Voulpte was massaged into the hair then use the blow dryer for texture.
Step 2: In six sections, create large barrel curls so the hair is more maliable and has some movement.
Step 3: Backcomb the top section into a pomp. Then, clip it, roll it and secure with U pins

Step 4: Comb the sides tight and secure with bobby pins
 and the nape, as shown.
Step 5: Twist and shape the ends into a textured chignon.
