click image to zoomInstagram: @manda_x0x After a social media explosion (more than 100 repins and likes isn't anything to sneeze at) regarding Amanda Wright's #redhairdressers submission, we knew we had to get in touch with her for details on the formula and styling.

Wright says the cut is a grown-out asymmetrical pixie. "We kept the left side very short with some softness around the face," Wright says. "In the back, it looks more like an a-line bob. There are a lot of layers."

COLOR FORMULA

Wright says she had "exisiting peek-a-boo highlights, so that created some dimension."

STEP 1: Color cleanse, then use L'Oréal Professionel INOA in a 5.60 on the new growth.

STEP 2: For mid-shaft and ends, use 5.60 in L'Oréal Professionel DIA Richesse.

STYLING

STEP 1: Use Kevin Murphy Body Builder and a round brush to blow dry.

STEP 2: Finish with Kevin Murphy Young Again leave-in treatment oil and Kevin Murphy Session Spray.
