ECRU and New York Streets recently participated in the 24 Hours Plays NYC (celebrity shows that benefit a variety of worthy causes).

Now in its eighth year, Montblanc and Urban Arts Partnership presented the highly anticipated return of The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway York on November 18, 2013 at the American Airlines Theatre. ECRU New York and New York Streets were the official hair sponsors of the 24 Hour Plays, and styled the hair of Hollywood’s finest, while Kevin Aucoin provided the make-up looks. Below are steps on how to get the look of the A-List celebrities who graced the stage.

Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones) / Tousled Flirty Tresses

TRY IT: First Natalie’s hair was prepped with New York Streets Dry Shampoo to add body into the hair. For added volume, Natalie’s hair was then set into sectioned curls using a large barreled curling iron to create a tousled, flirty look. ECRU New York Sunlight Finishing Spray Max was used to lock in style for her Broadway performance.

Sasha Alexander (Rizzoli and Isles) / Subtly Sophisticated

TRY IT: First Sasha’s hair was sectioned off and blown out using a large barreled brush. ECRU New York Sunlight Styling Spray was added for body and hold. Then ECRU New York’s Acacia Protein BB Cream was worked through Sasha’s hair to smooth her ends. New York Streets Hairspray was added to finish the look.

Bryan Greenberg (Friends with Benefits) / Masculine Chic

TRY IT: First Bryan’s hair was prepped with New York Streets Dry Shampoo to create body at the roots. Second, New York Streets Paste, a pliable styler for texture and structure, was worked into the hair. Finally, ECRU New York Sunlight Finishing Spray Max was used to provide lasting hold.
