“I want her to sparkle,” said Beth Minardi of her natural Level 6/7 model. “But more importantly, I want her to sparkle throughout. Many colorists will put all the blonde in the front and none in the back. It’s like putting a black slip under a white dress. I believe highlights should float throughout the hair and echo what nature would do had the client been highlighted by the sun.”
