Formula A: Wella Dust Free Powder Lightner mixed with Koleston Perfect 10-volume crème developer. 1 oz. Blondor to 1.5 oz. 10-volume developer
Formula B: Wella Koleston Perfect Permanent Hair Color 10/0 with 30-volume developer. Equal amount of color to developer.
Formula C: Wella Koleston Perfect Permanent Hair Color 9/73 with 20-volume developer. Equal amount of color to developer.
The Application:
Divide hair into deep triangular sections and mix fine slices and weaves, alternating color throughout the sections.
