STEP 1: Apply Paul Mitchell Synchro Lift with 30 volume developer, lifting to a level 8/9. Shampoo.
STEP 2: Apply Paul Mitchell Flash Finish in "Strawberry Blonde" with 10 volume developer clear for 10 minutes. Dry hair completely.
STEP 3: Apply Paul Mitchell The Color XG- two parts clear to one part 7RO and orange intensifier with 10 volume. Leave out some hair in the front for added dimension. Process for 25 minutes. Rinse.
