Alissa Frum, a colorist at Eva Scrivo and a member of the Eva Scrivo Academy, is getting a lot of buzz for this "arctic blonde" she recently posted on instagram. "For this client I applied L'Oreal Platinium with 30 volume developer to the scalp for around one hour," says Frum. "For her ends with previous color, I applied the same shade but with 20 volume developer in a balayage technique to cut out any yellow or build up." Frum uses very fine sections separated by cotton. To keep hair in optimum condition, Frum uses a combination of milk caps with purple shampoo "or a glaze depending on what she needs."
