Model/actor Elizabeth Decker was looking for a big change. One of MODERNS favorite artists, Melissa Meacham (@roguehairstudio) jumped at the chance and transformed her with this dramatic cut and color that she calls a "wake up and rock it" style. Here she offers the HOW TO:
Step 1: Apply base color: TIGI Copyright Color Creative 77/46 1& 1/2 oz with 2 inches /6 20 vol Activator.
Step 2: While processing, go to the fringe area, take fine slices, place in foils and apply: 8.5 activator TIGI True Light White and 7/4 Gloss with 8.5 activator. Process for 35 minutes.
Step 3: Shampoo/ Condition with TIGI Hair Reborn.
Step 4: Style with UpFront from Bedhead.
