The hair was pre-lightened the day before. Here she offers up the formula for this colorful finish:
Step 1: Apply a mixture of Goldwell TopChic cool toned concentrates (A mix and P mix) with Wella Pastel developer to the base and smudge to the mid shaft.
Step 2: Next apply equal parts Pravana Pastel Blue and Blue as an overlay to the ends.
Step 3: Process for 20 minutes with heat, and cool for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Shampoo and apply Wella Service Color Post Treatment for 10 minutes to shut down the cuticle and lock in the color.
