FORMULA
STEP ONE: Roots 6/2 20 volume with Koleston Perfect
STEP TWO: Balayage with Wella Freelights and Wella Magma /89 both 30 volume to remove dark spots
STEP THREE: Shampoo
STEP FOUR: Wella Color Touch : 5/71 roots to mid shaft in between on lightest blonde 7/73 for 10 minutes
