Susie Pham (@susiepham1087) shares her Purple Haze Color Melt process and formula:
First, balayaged and lift her to level 7-9. Then blow dried and toned with K-Pak Joico Intense Colors.
Formula #1 i used shade Light Purple and formula #2 i mixed shades Indigo and Pink together. Then just tone each 1/4 inch section and alternate the two formulas together.
