Rusk global artistic director Gerard Caruso created a dimensional blonde that pays tribute to that retro, bombshell look.

“The Flashback Collection is a modernized nod to the trends of the ’60s and ’70s,” Caruso says. “This look is an ode to Stevie Nicks and is perfect for summer blondes both in the haircut and haircolor. Here we use a combination of highlights and soft shadowing to frame the face, sides and back.”
