Here she offers the HOW TO:
Step 1: Apply to base and midshaft: Lakme Collage permanent crème color 2/07 with Hydrox 10 volume developer.
Step 2: Apply to ends (to decolorize) Kblonde lightener with Hydrox 20 volume developer. Process according to manufacturers instructions.
Step 3: Gloss with Gloss, demi permanent ammonia free color 6/59 and 6 volume developer.
