NYFW: Cool Hair At Adam Selman

Bb.Editorial Stylist Jimmy Paul referenced the character Cookie Mueller from the iconic John Waters movie “Female Trouble” as his inspiration for the Adam Selman F/W 2015 collection. Paul  adapted a classic '60s beehive silhouette, one of his favorites.

STYLING METHODS:

Apply Bb Thickening Full Form Mousse to wet hair and blow dry in. Use a curling iron to create a loose set, so that it looks like it’s lived in few days. Sprinkle in Bb Prêt-à-powder to break up the curls and create texture. Backcomb hair before securing front and side sections in the back of the head, leaving the back section down. Part hair to its natural side and swoop on the forehead. Then, apply a bit more Bb Thickening Full Form Mousse – a little on the hands– all over the finished look (patting it) to deconstruct the look even further. Create the ‘pin curls’ on the sides with Bb.Gel.
