If you noticed the strong '60s and '70s influences in Rebecca Minkoff's F/W15 show at New York Fashion Week, it's because Patti Smith's memoir, Just Kids, served as inspiration. The memoir is a look at life in bohemian NYC in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and the collection is heavily influenced by Smith's rock-'n'-roll style.

To complement the clothes, Michelle Saunders created an edgy, chevron nail using Essie.
