From stunning classic beauty shots to cutting edge haute couture, Mario Tricoci wows with his latest photo shoot for Tricoci University of Beauty Culture (TUBC).
For the editorial looks, the design team was inspired by the elements: water, fire, air and earth. Each model’s look was developed around that theme, without being overly literal or restrictive. Roughly, the red hair exemplified water, blonde hair symbolized air and sky, brunette hair embodied earth, and black hair encompassed fire.
The photo shoot also strove to illustrate to the public and potential students that TUBC students learn how to serve clients of all hair types (short, long, course, fine), all skin types (dry, oily, normal), and all ethnicities. Lastly, the images are meant to encourage students to master the basics, while also giving them the inspiration to nurture their creative sides – after all, beauty is creative.
