Congratulations to the Finalists of P&G Student Competition

 

MODERN SALON Media is so excited to announce and congratulate the 2012 P&G Salon Professional Student Competition finalists! Students or recent beauty school grads from across the country, who were enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program, visited the P&G Salon Professional website to choose which category they were going to enter for the hair color and styling competition: Wella Professionals, Clairol Professional or Sebastian Professional.

Then, once the student chooses his or her category, they can then choose one of four looks to interpret. Then, photograph the model and send it to P&G. The overall look with the best image wins—and that includes hair, make-up, wardrobe and accessories.

This competition is not only a great way to get first-hand experience working with professional products and taking your vision from concept to creation, but it's also a wonderful way to gain experience and start building out your professional portfolio—not to mention the winner gets a $1,000 prize, a trophy, stylist kit, and an in-school education course taught by a P&G Salon Professional top educator!
