• Bellus Academy brought their Biophotonic LED treatment which displayed the image of the scalp onto a monitor and to determine the recommended scalp and hair treatment. The Nio-Scope (one of only 20 now in use) was being demonstrated. This handheld scope magnifies the scalp up to 200 times and allows a quick read of follicle health. Lindsey Washburn explained, "Good follicle condition means the hair follicle should be open, like a scoop. If not, we know they might be plugged with sebum, skin cells or product which creates an unhealthy scalp environment for hair to grow from."
• Matrix Fitness Systems demonstrated their 7xi machine, which connects the user to their social media accounts to stay connected while exercising.
• ResortSuite was the software provider facilitating all appointment scheduling online prior to the event.
Each attendee received a Haiku tote bag, sponsored by SpaWeek.
