Britney Spears' New Brunette Hair Color Debuted at Oscars

As the final celebrity to arrive at Elton John’s annual AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood Feb. 24, Britney Spears made quite an entrance debuting her new brunette hair color! Wearing a plunging Michael Cinco Couture dress, the 31-year-old pop star “mingled with John and his partner David Furnish, and seemed content people watching,” says US Weekly.
