Nick Penna, Jr., owner of SalonCapri of Boston, Mass, encourages his artists to finds exciting looks and recreate them with their own spin not just as an exercise, but as a way to stimulate creativity.

Graziella Lembo, a top stylist at the salon, has taken that exercise to the next level. She looks over finishes from fashion week and puts her version on fellow staff members, friends or clients and then poses them against a wall in the salon designed for photography. Three of her recent recreations are noted here: the Jason Wu Bobby Pin Bun, the Valentino Bubble Pony and the Noon by Noor Poof Pony.

"I chose to recreate these specific looks from the fall 2014 runways because they transition seamlessly from runway to everyday and can be tweaked to fit many different hair types and textures," she says. "My clients prefer looks that are easy and chic to recreate at home and are perfect for work and a night out on the town."
