Plan B, a cut and color boutique, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, recently launched a Friday Night Lights promotion, offering a $49 partial highlight service between 5 and 9 p.m.
This amenity-free service offered no cut and no finish-just the highlights. For clients who wished to self style before their exit, Plan B supplied blowdryers and brushes.
"We sampled it as a
pre-event event, but it became incredibly popular. It filled our salon
with beautiful Harvard students" says owner Rick Fogarty. "And, you know what they say-'A busy salon generates more business.'"
