In San Antonio, Texas, JCPenney recently presented the company’s Champion Awards to the leaders of 92 top-performing JCPenney Salons in honor of their outstanding performance in 2008. Less than 10 percent of all JCPenney Salons qualified for Champion Awards, based on their sales and profit performance for the year.
“Our Champion Award winners are focused on providing outstanding personal service that puts customers first and keeps them coming back,” said Bob Baublits, senior vice president and director of JCPenney Salons. “We are proud to recognize and celebrate the talent, dedication and leadership demonstrated by our Champion Award-winning salons who work every day to strengthen JCPenney’s position as the preferred beauty destination for Middle America.”
