Keratin Complex, professional smoothing treatments, hair color and styling products, welcomed guests from its global markets to Boca Raton in January for the 2015 International Summit.
Keratin Complex’s goal: to go “Beyond the Bottle” with 360 degrees of support from their internal team, in order to help grow business in bookings, services, and revenues for both professionals who use, and distribute, Keratin Complex products.

“Our distributor network relationships are fundamental to Keratin Complex across our global markets," explained Mario Argenti, president of Keratin Complex. "We’ve worked diligently to create a truly supportive and collaborative atmosphere between our international and U.S. teams. We feel that it’s imperative to work as one cohesive unit, not multiple divisions, to grow not only our business but also that of our salon partners. The key to our mutual growth is having specific plans for advancement and a commitment to each other; this is why we take a 360-degree approach in our business and with our salons.”

Countries from the European Union (EU) were represented during the first weekend; and from Central and South America, Asia and the Middle East during the second weekend. Individuals were entertained with  events while being immersed in the Keratin Complex culture. The groups broke up into planning meetings, presentations, and discussions on how Keratin Complex’s team can better support their efforts through products, education and sales initiatives in their respective markets.

Keratin Complex also recognized specific distributors representing Italy, Spain and Trinidad on their outstanding work; these representatives received Awards of Distinction during the summit. The awards were given for excelling to increase brand recognition in their country and for exhibiting loyalty in partnership with Keratin Complex and their salons.
