Cuccio Colour made its red carpet debut at the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards when nominee Minnie Driver stepped on it in all her glory. Looking beautiful in a sleek red dress with a deep v-neckline etched in silver jewels, her nails were the perfect compliment in a design by Elaine Watson, vice president of sales and marketing as well as global education director for Cuccio Colour.

Using Hong Kong Harbour on the entire nail, Watson waited for the the metallic silver to dry fully before applying Cina Pro Striping Tape for masking. Then she used Red Eye to Shanghai (red cream) on the sides. For the ring fingers, she added Vegas Vixen (silver glitter) so that when the tape was removed, there was a fine silver stripe. For all the other nails, she removed the tape and using a fine liner brush, painted Vegas Vixen over the Hong Kong Harbour. She finished with Cuccio Nail Solutions High Gloss Top Coat and added a tiny Swarovski crystal at the cuticle in the silver area on all 10 nails.
