Pivot Point International Chairman and CEO Robert Passage announced that Melanie Koroyan-Kopeikin has been appointed president of the global education company founded by his late father Leo Passage.

“After a thorough search, we’ve found someone who will be an incredible asset and a welcomed addition to the global Pivot Point family,” said Passage.

Koroyan-Kopeikin has held executive positions with several of the industry’s major manufacturers. She has experience in developing distribution channels and directing corporate operations including finance, sales, marketing, education and business development. Most recently she was president of her own consulting firm, mentoring young salon industry executives.

“I am elated to join the Pivot Point and Passage family as president and to be a part of the bright future of this incredible company,” said Koroyan-Kopeikin.   “It’s an honor to have the opportunity to help carry on the legacy of Leo Passage.”

Passage also announced a re-dedication to the Pivot Point mission of developing and delivering educational programs to improve the lives of future professionals.

“To move forward with our commitment, we must maintain the heart and soul my father brought to his work. Melanie will bring that understanding and energy to our business. She embraces the industry and believes in our mission of empowering through education,” said Passage.
