OPI Debuts GelColor Artist Series at LA Launch Event

Lab Art Gallery in Los Angeles was an appropriately artsy venue for the LA launch of OPI GelColor Artist Series, a new collection of 24 professional gel polish colors designed to inspire invention, experimentation and customization.  At the April 15 event, UK nail artist Sophie Harris-Greenslade (@theillustratednail) was on hand to demonstrate the infinite and intricate possibilities of these highly-saturated, single application colors.  Ready for flash curing after just one coat, the assortment of primary and tertiary colors allow nail artists to mix and play.

“Our new Artist Series Design Gels offer salon professionals and their clients the best of all worlds –rich, long-lasting GelColor Design Gels that adapt beautifully to any nail art design they can dreamup,” said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Co-Founder and Creative Ambassador.

Individual shades sell for $12.99 ($17.75 CAN). Introductory kits priced at $72.50 ($97.95 CAN),include six must-have Artist Series shades (Cantaloupe on a First Date!, A Fuchsia Too Many,Totally Red Up with You, Berry the Hatchet, Are We in Agreen-ment?, and The Time is White), oneArtist Series striper brush, one nail palette, and tabletop instructions.
