The Helen of Troy Beauty Division announces two initiatives, each with a $75,000 donation, to put into action the company's intent to "create a positive and inclusive workplace where people feel valued and respected." To support minority students majoring in cosmetology, one $75,000 donation will fund a scholarship program administered by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA). The money will cover 10 scholarships at $7,000 each along with any administrative fees associated with maintaining the scholarship program. The second donation will aid The Trevor Project in its suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ+ youth, helping to provide crisis hotline resources.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging

“Helen of Troy Beauty is excited and committed to support our company’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Giving efforts throughout these partnerships,” says Ron Anderskow, President of Global Beauty. “These donations also align with our "I RISE Value of Shared Success." Each organization within Helen of Troy strives to provide support to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts and, in the case of The Trevor Project, to at-risk members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our mission in Beauty is to make everyone look and feel more beautiful, and this outreach is another step in helping our Beauty team deliver on it.”
