Your 1:00 client who left pleased with the result of their lunch-break haircut, may be feeling frustrated with you as they head back to work and those  itchy small hairs make him wish he could head home for a shower. 

While putting on and removing a client's cape may seem like one of the first things you learned, Master Barber Frank Gambuzza, who owns Gambuzza's Barbershops based in Knoxville, Tennessee, says there is a proper way to do both that elevates the experience for both the barber and the client.
