Cali-Curl, Inc., has named Ammon Carver the company's new Artistic Director. Carver will lead the overall creative visual and artistic direction for Cali-Curl. He is a seven-time North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) nominee or winner in the categories of Master Hairstylist of the Year and Salon Team of the Year. His New York career began at the Warren-Tricomi Salon in the Plaza Hotel, where he quickly became noticed as one of the premier stylists.

Unique Brand Story
Carver says he is inspired by the way Hoye and his wife, Callie Thomas, developed Cali-Curl, an in-salon waving system that can be completed in 75 minutes.
"It's the best brand story I’ve ever heard!" says Carver, who has gained recognition in the hair and beauty industry for his refined aesthetic, continued passion, and portfolio of flawless looks. "Kevin created Cali-Curl because people would stop them on the street asking how to get Callie’s naturally wavy hair. It’s so beautiful."
Carver says he relates to the brand's message.
