Mark your calendars - Cosmo Prof is bringing back their virtual World of Texture education event on Monday, February 27, 2023. Students, leading industry professionals and educators will come together during the event to expand their knowledge on texture and curl pattern - this year including a focus on Curl Type 4.

"I love how World of Texture is an annual event solely focused on natural texture," says Cosmo Prof Artistic Team Member Brenda Espinosa. "Growing up, I didn’t know how to take care of my hair, and not knowing led to damaging my curls and also resorting to straightening my curls out. It makes me so happy that nowadays we are seeing an increase in texture focused hair salons and educational opportunities, such as Cosmo Prof's World of Texture to help stylists learn and hone their skills. In turn, we can teach our clients how to embrace and care for their textured hair. Sharing our knowledge with our clients on how to care for their hair is life changing and as a hairstylist it is important to always continue our education to keep learning new techniques for our clients."

Hosted by award-winning TV anchor and Founder of the Bun Ministry Movement Tashara Parker (@tasharaparker), the event will feature intel on the latest in textured hair care, product innovation teachings and business management tips (and so much more!) from industry leaders and top brands like DevaCurl, Sexy Hair, Alterna, Kenra, Joico, Matrix, Olaplex, and others. Throughout the event there will also be a range of CE hours available and tickets will also grant access to the complete virtual event for two-weeks post-show via digital on demand access.
