Kathy Jager, known for her book, As the Chair Turns, announced the winner of her 3rd annual EDUCATION ROCKS Scholarship: Kyle Robert Stramiliga, a barber at Royal Image Barber Collect in Joliet, Illinois.
For your chance to win next year's scholarship, submissions for 2012 will begin on April 1. Scholarship funds will be awarded upon proof of registration of school or class.
