Designer Carolina Herrera always puts on a fantastic show at New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week--a true feast for the eyes in every sense. And the beauty did not disappoint.

Herrera called upon Orlando Pita for Moroccanoil to create '40s-inspired elegant rolls, tightly coiled and sleek.

To begin, Pita sprayed Moroccanoil Heat Styling Protection throughout the hair to prep for drying. Then, Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream was applied for sheen.

Next, the hair was parted down the center (another big trend this season). After lightly backcombing in horizontal sections, the hair was rolled very tightly and pinned at the seam, as well as behind each ear.

"I then took strands remaining at the end of the rolls, twisted and criscrossed them at ear level and pinned to serve as a focal point," Pita says. "The back sections are raised slightly above the nape, rolled tight but a bit wider than in the front."

Flyaways were smoothed with Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream and then misted with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray for luminosity.
