Offering a color glazing service to your clients not only puts more money in your pocket, but it makes your client’s final style look polished.
A.L. Segro for Dennis Bernard shows us in this how-to video, his triangle glazing technique. The technique requires the colorist to section their client’s hair in triangles around the head and also on the top. “The triangles will interact with each other rather than doing panels of color. It gives a nice flow to the hair, adds to the blowout and gives your client a dimensional look.”
In this video, Segro works on an extremely fine haired client, but he recommends this is an excellent technique for any colorist that wants to create an illusion of thickness and depth in their client's hair.
