In the third year of STAMP—SALON TODAY’s Annual Marketing Program—the magazine names 50 winners in 30 different categories, covering a variety of aspects from traditional marketing, digital marketing, campaigns, branded marketing pieces and in-salon marketing.
To enter the competition, the owners of salons and spas were invited to submit their copies of the best marketing and promotional pieces from the previous year, describe how the program came together and quantify the results. A panel of judges reviewed each submission and selected the best work within each category to receive a STAMP award.
“This year realized almost twice as many entries as in previous years,” says Stacey Soble, editor in chief. “We witnessed a tremendous surge especially in the area of digital marketing, as salons and spa gained confidence in engaging their target markets through the internet and social media.”
All of the STAMP winners will be profiled in the September 2014 issue of SALON TODAY, as well as posted on salontoday.com and shared through SALON TODAY’s Facebook page through the month of September.
