Ash Fortis (@XOstylistXO), of the G Patton Salon, Norfolk, Virgina, had an opportunity to truly transform her client, giving her some fun colors for 2015. Here she offers the how to:
STEP 1: Apply Redken Flash Lift with 30 volume from midshaft to ends. Process with heat for 25 minutes. Shampoo and blow dry.
STEP 2: To the roots apply Wella Blondor with 20 volume.
STEP 3: Re-apply Redken Flash Lift with 30 volume to midshaft and ends.
STEP 4: Process with heat for 30 minutes. Shampoo and deep condition. Dry completely.
STEP 5: Alternate the following formulas (all Pravana Vivids) using a color melting technique:
Formula A: Mint Violet: 1/2 tube Mint with 3 drops of Violet
Formula B: Purple: Violet with a quarter tube of Mint, 1/2 tube of Pastel Pink
Formula C: Magenta: 1/2 tube Wild Orchid with a squeeze of Violet with 1/2 tube of Mint , with 1/2 tube Pastel Pink
Step 6: Process for 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
