The World Wide Beauty Exchange (WWBE) is hosting a collaborative artistic hair show on May 17-18, featuring stage presentations inspired by the artistry of John Sahag. The event will take place at the Osgood Landing in North Andover, Massachusetts and features demonstrations, hands-on classes and an after-hours party and red carpet event.

All-day stage presentations and demos will be held on Sunday, May 17, including John Sahag Dry Cutting, Extension and Editorial Up-Dos by industry experts like Karmela Lozina and Lillo Ragusa from the Sahag Workshop on Madison Avenue in New York. Both are original members of Sahag and worked with John Sahag in educational formats, including editorial styling in all the world's leading beauty magazines and runway shows for Issey Myaki.

Later that evening, attendees can join the WWBE After-Hours Tribute Party, a red carpet event at the Hard Rock Cafe in Boston's historic Faneuil Hall. A portrait of the late icon John Sahag called “Resurrection,” by the Boston artist Giovani DeCunto, will be offered for a national online auction, with the final auction taking place at the After-Hours Tribute Party. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Lung Cancer Alliance.

On Monday, May 18, the two-day event will conclude with all-day hands-on Sahag Dry-Cutting Methodology and editorial up-styling classes from Sunday's experts.

The event will be hosted by WWBE President Eric Oliver Howard, along with many beauty industry leaders including internationally acclaimed cutting sensation Albie Mulcahy and industry icon Dwight Miller, the 2014 NAHA (North American Hairstylist Award) Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

The event also celebrates the launch of WWBE.com for licensed beauty professionals. Howard, described the launch by saying, "We want to bring on-line integrity to the licensed salon professional with state of the art technology. We have achieved a secure, non-diverted environment and are ready to share this technology."

Partnering with WWBE.com to sponsor this event are Neuma Beauty, Marianna Industries, Aqua Extensions, Hard Rock Cafe, Millennium Bostonian Hotels, Brent Brush, Mitate Europe, Clipp-Aid and Sahag.

Ticket prices are tiered for convenience, with options to attend the Sunday May 17 show only, the Sunday evening Hard Rock After-Hours Party in Boston, the Monday May 18 hands-on classes, or the entire two-day event. A portion of all proceeds will benefit the Lung Cancer Alliance.
