We've been hearing the murmurings of a new haircolor trend, and we want to know what you think about it!

Recently, split-colored hair has surfaced. The look can be bold—remember the Cruella De Vil moment on our Insta?—or more subtle, like pairing a honey blonde with a warm brunette.

The two-toned look certainly isn't for the faint of heart, and making sure the two halves don't bleed together is imperative. Bangs are frequently paired with the color combos, and the dual-shaded style is very eye-catching when braided or in an updo.

Take a look at the slideshow below, and if that's not enough, #splithair is the hashtag to search and there is even an Instagram solely dedicated to split hair: @splithair (obviously).

So what do you think—love it or leave it? Let us know in the comments!
