Go dig out your Mickey ears.  It is once again time to gather in Orlando for The Premiere Show 2015.

Premiere has always been a great show for education. Not to mention the best shopping floor at a show in America.  Where Premiere really stands out in my mind is in men’s hair education.  There are more men’s classes at Premiere than any other event in America.  If you are serious about getting up on the guy hair game than you seriously MUST attend Premiere Orlando.

For a long time the guy haircut presenters felt a bit second class as our classrooms are off in the upper corner of the Orange County Convention Center.  The center is big and the guy classrooms were a bit off the main road.  A few years ago we were all discussion it and we had decided that, actually, we have really grown to like our little corner of the show.  We hang out in the hall and network.  We all have a place of our own to congregate. It has become THE place to be.

This year, as always, there is a ton of great guy hair education to be had.  Following are my suggestion for a great hair show of guy hair educstion.  I have read through the program.  I have selected what I believe to be the best of the programming offered this year.  All these classes are FREE with your show ticket.

Saturday classes:

11:00 a.m. - Go see Greg Zorian.  Greg is a quite force in the guy hair game.  He is a little less flashy and a bit more classic barbering.  You will get REAL technique that you can really use from Greg.

12:45 p.m. - Time to howl with WolfBehr.  These guys are new to Premiere this year.  This is my personal MUST SEE class at the show.  I do not know what these guys offer and what their style and focus is, but I am excited to learn of it.

2:30 p.m - It is Johnny B time.  The brand is hot.  The information is always current.  Johnny B is always sharing current looks and modern style.

4:00 p.m. – The ClipperGuy Hiker Collection is my hair trend for 2015.  I am presenting the collection and its three different looks.  I will specifically focus on adapting this trend to REAL clients.  Come invest your time with me.  I will pay big returns.

Sunday

9:30 a.m. – Men’s hair from A to Zoot technical skills is my classic cutting program for this year. Saturday I was sharing trend.  Today I am focusing on classic barbering.

11:00 a.m. – Hair Lab Detroit, Rodrick Samuels.  Always a powerhouse of information.  Typically light on technical and heavy on business, motivation and inspiration.  Still a must-see.

12:45 p.m. – What is guy clipper cutting without a class form Wahl?  Three team members, diverse approaches, powerhouse tools.  Wahl always presents strong programming.

2;30 p.m. – Gibs Grooming – A hot newer brand with a first appearance upstairs in the Premiere classrooms.  Give them a try.

4:00 p.m. – Andis, Wallace Barlow.  Always a rock star in men’s cutting.  Wallace remains fresh and exciting.  Wallace blends cutting with business insight as one of the top earning barbers behind a chair anywhere in America.

Monday

9:30 a.m. – This is the last clipperguy class of the event.  This is a A to Zoot tour of non-technical business building.  I will be presenting my latest program, Barber Like A Pirate… the RRRRRRR’s of building men’s business.

11:00 a.m. – Andis Sean Casey. Sean is a Floridian and a newer member of the Andis education team.  Let’s see what he brings to the game as a presenter at shows and an experienced barber instructor.

in between and the balance of Monday is shopping time.  Visit the booths of the brands you have experienced and stock up on the tools and products that will make the education you have accumulated come to life and turn a profit.

I look forward to seeing you at the show and hearing your feedback on the great men’s hair education you experience.

Happy Clippering.

Ivan
