"She has naturally fine hair that never grows past her shoulders," says Todd. "She wanted a change! We decided to brighten up her copper red hair color and add a full head of 18-20" Hot Heads extensions."
Here she shares the formula and application for the bright copper shade: 2 oz. Wella Koleston 77/44 + 2 oz. 20 vol root to ends. Process at room temperature for 30 minutes.
