STEP 1: Apply Redken Flash Lift with 30 volume on the scalp and 40 volume for the highlights.
STEP 2: Process for 30 minutes.
STEP 3: Tone with Matrix Color Sync SPA and SPV and 10p with 10vol for 15 minutes.
