Here she shares the HOW TO:
STEP 1: Apply Redken Flash Lift and 20 volume developer with Olaplex to the midshaft and ends. Process for 30 minutes. Do not rinse.
STEP 2: Apply the same shade to the roots for an additional 15 minutes. Rinse and shampoo.
STEP 2: Tone with Redken Shades EQ 08Gi and 08v for 15 minutes.
