Here Palmer shares the details for this lovely makeover:
Natural level 6 with level 10 ends.
Step 1: Root touch up with Wella Blondor 40 volume for 35 minutes.
Step 2: Tone with Wella 10/6 Color Touch for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Fashion color application, all Arctic Fox:
-1st bowl: Arctic Mist + Virgin Pink
-2nd bowl: Arctic Mist + Poseidon
-3rd bowl: Arctic Mist + Purple Rain + a tiny bit of Virgin Pink.
(All fashion shades were "eye balled" and tested on white paper.) Place color as desired in a melting style.
Step 4: Process for 20 minutes with low heat and then 15 minutes at room temperature.
